17개의 일반 객실과 4개의 스위트룸을 갖춘 Casa de São Lourenço에는 최초로 호텔에 숨결을 불어 넣었던 건축가 Rogério de Azevedo와 디자이너 Maria Keil의 감각적인 연출이 그대로 살아있으며, 최근의 리노베이션을 통해 컨템포러리한 포르투갈 디자인이 더해져 더욱 럭셔리하고 인상적인 여행 경험을 선사한다.

The hotel was born out of the old Pousada de São Lourenço, one of the first hotels of its kind in Portugal, designed in the 1940s by the architect Rogério de Azevedo. The Pousada was converted into a “House”, the second hotel in the Burel Mountain Originals family – reinforcing the group’s characteristic welcome and hospitality under the concept of “Homes that are Hotels” – and an integral part of the Burel Mountain Hotels.

The São Lourenço Restaurant takes you into a gastronomic journey of discovery and creativity. With a diversified menu and options to suit everyone. The ingredients are fresh, local and in tune with the seasons. The view is panoramic over the Glacier Valley, the Village of Manteigas and a sea of mountains extended by the horizon. A Restaurant on the top of the Mountain where the landscape is the main ingredient.

SPA, POOL AND SAUNA

호텔에는 Serra da Estrela 산맥의 온천수를 사용한 스파와 풀장, 사우나와 터키식 목욕탕이 갖추어져 있다. 실내 풀장과 연결된 실외 풀장에서 온천수에 몸을 담근 채 놀라운 경치를 바라보면, 진정한 의미의 평온과 휴식이란 어떤 것인지 깨달을 수 있을 것이다.

Experience the passage from the indoor pool to the heated outdoor pool, a delightful contrast between the warm water temperature and the freshness of the clean air. You can also enjoy peaceful moment in the Sauna or Turkish bath that hotel offers during your stay. A cascading shower and the access to a small garden where the freshness of the air contrasts with the relaxing warmth that brings with it from the interior.

17개의 일반 객실은 모두 각각의 고유한 매력을 가지고 있다. Comfort Mountain 타입과 Comfort Garden 타입의 객실은 밝고 가벼운 분위기의 인테리어 디자인으로 꾸며졌다. 넓은 창을 통해 쏟아지는 자연광은 약 7평 규모의 밝은 객실과 어우러지며 공간감을 느끼게 한다.

Maria Keil Panorama, Maira Kiel Mountain, 그리고 Maria Keil Valley라는 타입의 객실은 최초로 호텔의 실내 디자인을 맡았던 Maria Keil의 이름을 땄다. 3개 타입의 객실에서는 그녀가 직접 디자인했던 가구들이 장엄한 뷰와 어우러져 머무르는 투숙객들에게 특별한 여행 경험을 선사한다.

EXECUTIVE SUITE

복도 끝에 숨겨진 Executive Suite는 투명한 하늘과 그 아래로 펼쳐지는 계곡의 웅장한 풍경, 그에 어울리는 인테리어 디자인을 자랑한다. 별도의 거실과 프라이빗한 발코니가 마련되어 있으며, 일부 벽면에는 전형적인 Serra da Estrela의 건축양식을 되살려 호텔의 과거와 현재를 이어주는 듯한 느낌을 자아낸다.

It seems to be hiding at the end of the corridor, but surprises you by being a white sky with two huge stars asking for the cosy warmth of the panel hand painted in strong colors.
